Christoph Meinhardt worked after an apprenticeship in the veba company as a service technician for security systems. After qualifying as a German master electrician (Elektromeister), he was attracted to the economic world and he graduated in business administration (Betriebswirt des Handwerks).

Afterwards, he stayed with Scaltel AG for six years, as a sales manager for the regions Düsseldorf and Wiesbaden.

In the year 2004, he was probing the possibilities of founding a company, which in turn created the firm NewTelco GmbH in year 2005.

Matthias Hartmann started in 1992 a career in telecommunications as an electronic engineer with Panasonic in Nürnberg.

With the beginning of the mid-90's deregulations of the german tele-
communication market he took the opportunity to participate in PBX business.
He obtained the needed authorization of the German Post and Telecom Department (Bundesamt für Post und Telecommunication).

With 1997 he changed to assist one of the first alternative network provider
in Frankfurt. He started with network installation and service operation.
Shortly afterwards he was called into the sales support role.

In 2000 as the telecommunication business sailed into turbulent times, he took up the opportunity to join a start-up company called Colocation GmbH (now ancotel GmbH) in Kleyerstrasse 90.

As a technical director he was also responsible for sales. He was a significant key player in the development of the renowned international facility “Kleyerstrasse 90”.
